In my present role I am the primary administrator of Microsoft 365 services used by nearly 300,000 faculty, staff, students, and alumni. I participate in handling of account and information security incidents. I manage email and file storage services.

I am the primary administrator of Microsoft 365 services. I designed and deployed a new Microsoft Exchange system for the university, which served its users for several years, and later migrated all mailboxes to Exchange Online. I am responsible for provisioning of Microsoft 365 services to users.
